Excellent Side Effects
I originally started the Greenfield SuperJuice regimen because I was getting a lot of knee pain and body aches from over-exercising. I remember feeling extremely lethargic the first two weeks of the regimen, and my body felt incredibly stiff and sore—but I don’t know if these were detox symptoms from the drinks, or from exercising too much, or a combination of both. I ended up continuing the regimen for two months, during which I also started a 30-day cleanse diet and completely stopped exercising due to a lack of food. In that time, my knees did begin feeling better, but I couldn’t be sure if it was because of SuperJuice or because I simply had stopped exercising and my body had time to recover. So I decided not to take it a third month since there were too many variables for me to consider.

A few months later, I mentioned something about my insomnia to one of the co-founders of AntioxiBoost Distributing. For years I’ve had a hard time falling asleep at night, no matter how tired I was, and I would wake up every two hours throughout the night. I’ve taken melatonin pills to help me fall asleep, but they always gave me weird nightmares. So I wouldn’t feel rested when I woke up the next day. I’ve also taken Benadryl and night time medicine (like Tylenol pm) to help me fall asleep, but those always made me groggy in the morning. Finally, I started drinking red wine before bed to help me get sleepy, but that only worked for about a week. Plus, I don't like the idea of medicating. Anyway, apparently the same combination of SuperJuice is prescribed for both insomnia and arthritis. So when I was told that some people with insomnia respond better to taking the Exuberant drink in the morning (instead of at night), I decided to give it a shot again since nothing else was helping, and at least this was all natural.

Within the first week I noticed that I was getting tired and going to bed around 10 pm (usually it’s midnight or 1 a.m.; and even then I have a hard time falling asleep) and actually sleeping throughout the night. Even though I hadn’t changed anything else in my life, after I finished my month’s supply, I decided not to buy another bottle just to see if it did in fact help. Well, since I’ve stopped taking it, my insomnia has returned, although not as severe as before. So, it was definitely the drink that helped. And I’ll probably start taking it again because, obviously, nothing else helps with my insomnia.

One really great side effect from taking these drinks—a side effect that I had not counted on - was that I don’t suffer from seasonal allergies anymore. Ever since I was a kid, I’ve had really bad Hay Fever. I would be miserable with watery eyes, a runny nose, and constant sneezing whenever the weather changed and there was a lot of pollen and dust floating in the air. But this year, I saw everyone else being affected by allergies, and realized that I was totally fine!
